I shreaded one of my calf muscles in march on my left leg. I have been able to
get it back to 95% but am still @ 50% max on the squats and no direct isolation
for the calves till I feel the time is right. I still may meet my goal of 580 Lbs. for 1
Rep Max,but I'm not going to push it. There always next year.
|I got tired of constantly adjusting the coralife 300 skimmer. I bought a Reef Octopus
SRO-5000 EXT recirculating skimmer off of ebay It was a nightmare first the guy posted
I won it @$ 341.00 and $38.00 then he said shipping was screwed up by ebay and it was
actually 127.00 to ship so I sent $70 more. It arrived 3 days later with a broken supply
line that was glued to the main body. I tested the pump and it was shot also and the
collection cups acrylic was splintered. I made a offer of sending back or refund half the
money for the repair of the damages and the new pump(I was planning on upgrading it to
the new Reef Octopus RO-DC pump anyway) so no big deal on that. So he agreed and I
got it for $170.00. It's rated for a 550 gallon system. That's like a + 3 for all you
mrsaltwater reef junkies out there.
I brought my planer back from the dead.
It was one of the machines flooded in sandy. It took lots of hours and about
$55.00 but work as good as the day I bought it.
I put in a auto top off system I designed and built. I put in a 30 Gallon (Long)

I finished repairs on the SRO 5000-EXT skimmer. It took some skills but it came out great. Reef octopus still made
parts for the skimmer so the pump and skimmer cup were replaced with new items. It will be in operation very soon.

|Whats New 12/2017
The end of the week training has lifted my spirits. I pushed out Friday squats with a raw
405 X 2 X 5 reps each then bumped up to 455 with mini red bands for 3 X 3
Saturday I did heavy dumbbell work with sets of 5 all the way
to 100# and managed to squeak out a 120#'er for a 1RPR
